Please follow these rules
En route
Avoid public transport, where possible
Wear a mask or face covering, and avoid contact with hard surfaces such as handrails
Attend your appointment alone, unless a vulnerable child or adult
Allow for additional travel time for punctual arrival to your appointment
Do not arrive too early for your appointment in order to limit footfall within the clinic
Stay home if
You are feeling unwell
You have an unwell family member 'self-isolating' at home
Please reschedule your appointment via telephone or email with 24 hours' notice if possible
Remember
Our team are still offering remote consultations and advice if you have been shielding and do not want to leave your home or are unwell.
On arrival
Please check in at reception and use non-contact greeting methods
Use our available hand sanitiser to cleanse your hands before taking a seat in the reception area
Practice social distancing of minimum 1m when in communal areas
Avoid touching your face and cover any coughs or sneezes when in the practice
Wear available PPE within communal areas if this helps you feel more comfortable
During your visit
Your dentist may ask you to pre-rinse with a mouthwash prior to your treatment.
Please pay for your treatment with a contactless card or BACS transfer where possible. Cash payments will not be accepted.
