Patient Notice - Coronavirus
You, as a patient and as part of the Bradley & Partners family, are really important to us. Our caring team will be quieter than usual at work as a result of the crisis. You matter to us and if you are isolating and need provisions or other assistance, then please call reception and we will do our best to help. We may be able to assist in picking up medicines, groceries, providing someone to talk to over the phone, or financially if you are experiencing difficulty.
We still remain open but our focus, for now, in keeping with the latest guidance from Public Health England, is to suspend all routine appointments until Government advice changes. That is to protect our patients and to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
We will remain open for telephone advice only between 8am – 5pm weekdays and by appointment at weekends and bank holidays. You, as a registered patient, are our priority. If you have a problem, please be reassured that if you ring the practice in the normal way, any day of the week, we will offer emergency advice, and where necessary, deliver antimicrobials or a prescription to you. For urgent treatment, we will do our best to refer you to a special Dental Urgent Care Centre which will be fully equipped with appropriate PPE and specifically established to deal with emergency dental care during the COVID-19 crisis.
If you have a routine appointment booked with us in the next few weeks, expect a call from us postponing it for a little while.
Thank you for your patience and support as we navigate the next few weeks together. Please look at our website for updates and news.
With best wishes to you and your families,
Nadim Safdar. Principal.
