Update for Patients - Coronavirus - We are Open
I hope that you’re safe and well and keeping in good spirits. It continues to be a strange and challenging time but the outlook is improving.
Once again, a heart-felt thank you for your loyalty to Bradley and Partners. We are pleased to announce that we are now open for a wide range of treatments; however some routine treatments are still unavailable so please call our team for more information and to arrange your appointment.
Your appointment with us WILL be different, at least for the time-being. We love how our practice works. We love having the relationship with our patients, but we have to change things a bit.
How will it be different?
Well, we cannot have people in our lounge or reception areas if it can be helped. Most things now will be done remotely over the phone or via email including all appointment making, medical histories and payments. We will also need to take into consideration any extra PPE that may need to be used for your and the team’s safety.
You will need to wait in cars in the car park and let us know by text or phone when you arrive (we will give you details). We will text or call you to let you know when to come in.
Please be on time or slightly early.
If you cannot come by car and do need to sit down we can let you into the lounge and adhere to strict social distancing (at least 2m apart from anybody else) and advise you to have a mask of some sort. Please do not come very early if you have to come in. The door will be closed so please knock.
We will be all geared up in mask and visors and my nurse will meet you for a temperature check and an anti-viral hand rub. The advice is to ask you to have a shower or bath just before you come in and to wear clean clothes. Also please use the toilet before you set off to reduce use at the practice. Do not bring coats and bags in if you can help it, if you arrive by car you must leave them in the car. If you do, they will have to stay outside of the treatment suite. Oh, you need to come in on your own unless it is absolutely necessary e.g. a young child or somebody with a carer, however, not in the treatment suite during any treatment.
As standard there will be a mouthwash to use as well.
We know you expect the best of us. On completion of any treatment you will have another hand sanitiser session before leaving.
Are you with me so far? I said it would be different.
We may also have fewer team members available to maintain social distancing. We may have altered hours for the same reason and to gauge demand and reduce financial impact. We need to be here in the long term to continue to serve you.
